About The Position

American Tower's U.S. Tower division's Legal department is seeking a Staff Attorney. The Legal team is responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing legal agreements related to real estate transactions and their administration. Daily tasks include preparing documents for tenant licenses, ground leases, easements, and resolving issues that may affect customer applications or ground lease negotiations. The Staff Attorney will collaborate cross-functionally to review and provide legal analyses on contract terminations, renewals, assignments, and responses to contractual defaults. Responsibilities

Prepare all documents relating to tenant licenses, ground leases, easements, and the resolution of issues that may impact a pending customer application or ground lease negotiation.
Partner cross-functionally to review and provide legal analyses of contract terminations, renewals, assignments and responses to contractual defaults.
