About The Position

The Attorney Relationship Manager will own AICA’s relationships with approximately 200 personal injury law firms across metro Atlanta. This is a hybrid role involving field visits to law offices, hosting events, and internal coordination with clinical and operations teams to ensure an exceptional experience for attorney partners and their clients. The role focuses on growth by acquiring new firm relationships and deepening existing ones. The territory is assigned based on the candidate's location within the metro Atlanta region, minimizing travel time. AICA Orthopedics is a large integrated orthopedic and injury care network with 21 clinics, 3 surgery centers, and over 400 team members, serving the personal injury community for 25 years and acting as a preferred medical provider for many top PI law firms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development, professional sales, or relationship management experience (legal, healthcare, or professional services preferred).
  • Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones.
  • Comfortable managing a large portfolio simultaneously; organized, disciplined, and proactive with pipeline management.
  • Strong presence and ability to interact effectively with managing partners and senior attorneys.
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new law firm relationships and deepen engagement with existing partners.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective firms and ensure current partners receive an exceptional experience.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of approximately 200 PI law firms, tracking engagement, identifying gaps, and systematically deepening each relationship.
  • Prospect and close new law firm relationships across the assigned territory.
  • Make regular field visits to law firm offices, host lunches, dinners, and educational events.
  • Design and deliver educational programs for legal professionals on medical care coordination, treatment timelines, and documentation.
  • Represent AICA at bar association events, legal conferences, and PI community gatherings.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for attorney partners, resolving issues and coordinating care updates.
  • Maintain a disciplined CRM cadence in Salesforce, logging activity, tracking firm engagement, and managing the pipeline.
  • Report regularly to the VP of Business Development on territory activity, relationship health, and growth initiatives.
