Attorney Recruiter - Attorney Talent Acquisition Partner

Thomas J Henry Law, PLLCSan Antonio, TX
Hybrid

About The Position

Thomas J. Henry Law is one of Texas’s most recognized personal injury trial firms, established in 1993. With approximately 200 attorneys and a statewide platform, the firm is undergoing an ambitious growth transformation. This includes a formal PI Academy for attorney development, senior-lawyer-led practice pods, meritocratic advancement tiers, and a professional operating spine. To support this growth, the firm is hiring a dedicated internal recruiting team to attract top plaintiff attorney talent in Texas. This role is designed for a proactive "hunter" who will identify, engage, court, and close attorneys for the firm. The position involves owning a portfolio of Texas markets, mapping attorney talent, and managing the full recruitment pipeline from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding. This is not a role focused on simply posting jobs and forwarding resumes.
