Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a property casualty litigator.
- 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience required.
- Must be admitted to practice in the State of California.
Nice To Haves
- Additional states not required, but a major bonus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with our vibrant and growing practice.
- Manage cases in state and federal courts.
- Supervise/mentor staff.
- Manage discovery.
- Take/defend depositions.
- Write petitions, complaints, motions and briefs with little supervision.
- Prepare for trial.
