A well-respected litigation law firm seeks a personal injury attorney, with demonstrated capability to zealously advocate for clients, to join their growing Mount Pleasant practice! Attorney with 1 to 2 years of SC personal injury experience, who is interested in growing in litigation and supervise support staff.

Requirements

• Admitted to SC Bar in good standing
• Personal injury experience with proven negotiation successes
• Exposure to all phases of a personal injury case
• Excellent analytical skills
• Professional written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop positive rapport with a diverse group of people
• Adept at working efficiently and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Balance working independently and collaborating with team
• Proactive results-focused work ethic

Responsibilities

• Represent and counsel clients regarding their legal rights and obligations
• Review, analyze, and evaluate all case information and investigative materials
• Accountable for adherence to statute of limitations and notice deadlines
• Negotiate, settle, and try plaintiff personal injury cases
• Timely communication with clients and medical providers
• Provide outstanding client service in a professional and ethical manner
• Establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with fellow attorneys and support staff
