The Attorney Development Manager (ADM) is responsible for optimizing Associate integration, engagement, skills development, retention, and overall experience. The ADM will implement firm-wide and practice-tailored initiatives, working collaboratively with the Practice Manager, PD Team, and other business services functions to align development efforts with practice and firm goals.
