Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in South Carolina (federal admissions preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in creditor rights, financial services litigation, or related areas.
- Strong litigation, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and effectively.

- Federal admissions preferred.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a diverse caseload with direct client contact.
- Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, and appear in state and federal courts.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on creditor rights issues and compliance considerations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters and contribute to business development efforts.
