Requirements

experience with the following: running day to day supervision and training of technical specialists and junior attorneys
working on patent prosecution, due diligence, FTO, counseling matters
handling large clients with big portfolios globally
leading client meetings
A science background in vaccines, mRNA technology, biochemistry, peptide chemistry, gene therapy, immunology, or antibodies is required
Candidates must be licensed to practice before the USPTO and in a state where the firm has an office
