We're looking for someone who builds trusted hands-on partnerships with clients, has meaningful conversations, spots opportunities and drives innovation and growth, and do so in a way that truly respects and empowers our team. The candidate must also have a deep understanding of the US Biopharma market and network to drive expansion within the US. Key areas of expertise (one or more required) Scientific & Strategic Communications: Experience in medical and scientific strategy and communications—developing strategic plans and narratives for specific assets, therapy areas, capabilities. Organizational Transformation & Change: Ability to lead and embed change communications, helping teams adapt to new operating models, cultures, or strategic shifts. Corporate, Commercial Value & Policy Communications: Strong grasp of the external environment (scientific, policy, access, and on-market dynamics), with the ability to translate this understanding into compelling positioning, narrative, and activation across multiple channels. Patient Engagement: Strong patient engagement capabilities – advising and supporting clients on effective engagement strategies at a corporate, franchise and asset level and across the product lifecycle.
