What You Will Be Doing As the Research Bio Chemical Engineer you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) matters, shaping policy, and supporting operational readiness. Your responsibilities will include: Advise on policy development, threat streams, and technical requirements for CBRNE. Draft technical reports, briefings, and presentations to communicate CBRNE needs. Coordinate with internal and external agencies to maintain strategic CBRNE relationships. Stay current on evolving threats, technologies, and mitigation tactics. Support training and operational planning for CBRNE response. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in biological field from a regionally accredited university, or minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of USSOCOM and DOW missions, organizational structure, funding mechanisms, and operational requirements.
  • Ability to develop, plan, and implement CBRNE training and exercise plans.
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with CBRNE threats, countermeasures, and military applications.
  • Must hold and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
