About The Position
High Rock Internal Medicine is seeking a forward-thinking Internal Medicine Attending to join their mission in Summer 2027. This independent practice, founded in 2000, focuses on caring for the underserved and medically complex populations, prioritizing patient impact and community legacy over quarterly quotas. The role offers true clinical autonomy, a mission-driven approach, mentorship, a partnership track, and a focus on work-life harmony with no evenings or weekends and phone-only call.
Requirements
- MD/DO (Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Family Medicine).
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (Expected residency completion Summer 2027).
- A heart for community-minded, empathetic care.
Responsibilities
- Lead a collaborative team in an integrated biopsychosocial model.
- Work alongside on-site behavioral health, radiology, and ultrasound teams.
- Opportunity for joint injections, office derm, and podiatry if desired.
- Contribute to process improvement within a stable team.
