About The Position
The Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Attending Physician to join their Medical Department. This role involves delivering appropriate, adequate, compassionate, and quality medical care to Parker's residents in coordination with the health care team. Requirements
- Two (2) or more years of experience as an Attending Physician in a hospital with a geriatric population; or within a nursing home environment
- A medical degree from an accredited medical school
- NYS Board certification in a primary care specialty
- Eligibility for hospital admitting privileges
- Clean and active license to practice medicine in New York State
- Proficient in SigmaCare or a similar Electronic Medical Record software
Responsibilities
- Delivery of appropriate, adequate, compassionate, and quality medical care of Parker's residents in coordination with other members of the health care team.
