We are currently looking for an Attendee Engagement Producer / Live Event Producer / Creative & Technical Producer to join our expanding team. At the core of unforgettable events is engagement: the kind that sparks emotion, fosters connection, and leaves people talking long after the lights go down. The Attendee Engagement Producer brings the live event experience to life, translating program objectives and creative direction into impactful, immersive moments for attendees. From show production and technical execution to content, presenters, entertainment, staging, and environment, this role brings together the elements that shape what attendees see, hear, feel, and experience. Working closely with clients and cross-functional creative, technical, content, and production teams, you’ll balance creative ambition with disciplined execution, ensuring every element is thoughtfully planned, financially responsible, operationally sound, and delivered with precision.

Requirements

  • Strong live event and show production expertise with an understanding of how content, presenters, production, entertainment, and environment come together to create an exceptional audience experience
  • A creative mindset paired with the operational discipline to turn ambitious ideas into executable experiences
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines, contributors, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Strong technical production fluency across areas such as staging, AV, lighting, show control, playback, and presentation systems
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work confidently across clients, presenters, creative teams, technical partners, and vendors
  • Strong financial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, scope, costs, and vendor deliverables
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues, make informed decisions, and know when to escalate
  • Calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused, particularly during rehearsals, live events, and rapidly changing situations
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and delivering an exceptional attendee experience
  • 5+ years of experience in event production, live events, theatre, experiential production, or a related environment
  • Proven experience managing show production, technical production, creative production, or content production for complex, high-impact events
  • Strong understanding of stage production, show flow, presenters, entertainment, rehearsals, and production scheduling
  • Demonstrated experience delivering live productions and resolving onsite production challenges in fast-paced environments
  • Experience coordinating AV, staging, lighting, show control, playback, or other technical production elements
  • Experience managing production budgets, vendor relationships, scope, and operational logistics
  • Experience working directly with clients, presenters, production partners, and cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education in Event Management, Production, Theatre Arts, Hospitality, or a related discipline is an asset
  • Knowledge of creative asset production, including presentations, video, scripts, and graphics, is an asset
  • Exposure to virtual event platforms and audience engagement technologies is an asset
  • Experience with CAD, Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, or desktop publishing software is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of attendee-facing program elements, including show flow, presenters, content, entertainment, staging, audience engagement, and production requirements
  • Bring creative concepts to life by thoughtfully integrating content, production, staging, entertainment, environment, and audience experience
  • Develop detailed show flows, production schedules, cueing requirements, and other documentation that keeps every element aligned
  • Partner directly with client teams to develop, refine, and prepare content, presentations, and show elements for production
  • Coordinate presenters, speakers, entertainment, and talent from planning through rehearsals and onsite execution
  • Partner closely with technical production teams and vendors across staging, audio visual, lighting, show control, playback, and other production requirements
  • Plan and coordinate rehearsals, ensuring presenters, content, entertainment, and technical teams are ready for live execution
  • Lead or support onsite show execution, responding calmly and confidently to evolving requirements and last-minute challenges
  • Manage assigned budgets, scope, vendors, and production costs while balancing creative ambition with financial objectives
  • Identify production, operational, vendor, safety, and attendee experience risks early and support appropriate mitigation and contingency planning
  • Contribute to post-program reviews, capturing learnings and identifying opportunities to continuously improve how we deliver experiences
