About The Position
Assist residents with shower, dressing, oral care, making beds, personal laundry and keeping their rooms tidy. Assist residents into and out of beds, chairs, showers, wheelchairs as needed. Remind residents of meals and assist to dining room, beauty shop and activities as needed. Assist with transportation (golf cart) to PT, Lab, X-ray, or local clinic as directed. Answer call lights promptly. Treat all residents with dignity and respect while helping to assure their comfort. Assist nurse as directed while always maintaining confidentiality and abiding by HIPPA laws. Clean and defrost resident's refrigerators as scheduled. Document completion of tasks as scheduled. Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
