About The Position

This role is responsible for safeguarding slot assets, observing slot machines for malfunctions, assisting the public with slot machines, reporting malfunctions to the Slot Supervisor, and ensuring the smooth operation of their assigned area. The job involves regular standing, walking, using hands, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and talking or hearing. Occasional climbing or balancing may be required. The employee must regularly lift up to 5 pounds and continuously lift hopper bags. Specific vision abilities are required, and the employee must be able to stand for at least 8 consecutive hours. Regular attendance is essential. The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts, electrical shock, vibration, loud noise, and a smoking environment with slot machines.

Requirements

Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; Reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch repeatedly to take and return bags to compartments, or crawl; and talk or hear.
Occasionally required to climb or balance.
Must regularly and frequently lift and/or move up to 5 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to lift hopper bags continuously.
Vision correctable to 20/20.
Must be able to stand for at least 8 consecutive hours.
Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established by Bally’s from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
