About The Position

This role focuses on fostering a fun and entertaining atmosphere while promoting a customer-centric culture of superior guest service and building long-lasting guest relations. The Attendant - Receiving is responsible for managing incoming shipments, maintaining warehouse systems, coordinating supply delivery, ensuring invoice accuracy, and upholding safety regulations. This position requires meticulous documentation of all warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Ability to receive shipments and log pertinent information into the company’s database
• Ability to monitor all warehouse systems and procedures
• Ability to receive, log, and coordinate workflow to ensure timely delivery of supplies to all departments
• Ability to ensure that all invoices billed to Account Payable are aligned with received orders
• Ability to ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations as required by law and company policy
• Ability to complete and maintain proper documentation of all warehouse operations
