As a Laundry Experience Curator, you are an essential part of delivering a clean, comfortable, and high-quality guest experience. Behind the scenes, your work ensures every linen, towel, and fabric meets our standards—supporting the entire hotel operation. Responsibilities

Operate and maintain washers, dryers, and ironing equipment for optimal performance
Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and other items following established standards
Ensure all laundry meets quality expectations for cleanliness and presentation
Monitor laundry supplies such as detergents and softeners
Maintain appropriate stock levels while minimizing waste
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly
Work closely with Housekeeping and team members to meet daily deadlines
Support overall hotel operations by ensuring timely linen availability
Jump in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
