About The Position

This role involves performing and assisting with analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. The chemist will utilize analytical laboratory instrumentation with supervision, comply with cGMP regulations, and follow all standard operating procedures. Responsibilities also include peer reviewing data, maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment and analytical instrumentation, and performing equipment calibrations and qualifications. Other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in chemistry or related discipline.
  • 2+ years experience in a chemistry laboratory.
  • 2+ yrs of years experience with analytical instrumentation, such as HPLC, GC, CE, ICP, FTIR, TOC, MS, and dissolution apparatus.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and effectively perform concurrent tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Desire and ability to work in a positive team environment.

Responsibilities
