About The Position

This position assists the Manager of Atrium Operations in the operations and supervisory work associated with the department. The work involves day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping and Set Up staff to maintain the highest level of customer service throughout Lambeau Field and all other Packer properties.

Requirements

2 years of prior experience in housekeeping or setup field.
1 year of prior experience in supervising employees.
Excellent problem-solving skills, both one-on-one and in group situations.
Ability to function appropriately under stressful conditions.
Excellent administrative, organizational skills and an ability to prioritize.
Must have good communication and teamwork skills.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays, and be able to respond to emergency calls after hours as needed.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of basic Audio/Visual is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting in the operations of the Housekeeping and Set Up functions of the department.
Provide a level of attention to detail that is expected from a world class organization.
Assist in assuring that all areas under supervision have personnel to provide the appropriate coverage to meet all operational objectives.
Provide direction and guidance to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment.
Provide individual motivation to employees to enable each one to perform to his/her fullest potential.
Attend and participate in departmental staff meetings on a scheduled basis.
Keep all public and back of the house areas clean and organized at all times.
Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the department’s equipment.
Maintain customer satisfaction; conduct quality control inspections and co-design quality improvement programs.
Support Facilities operations at other Packers properties.
Assume responsibility for all related work as assigned.
