About The Position

DZYNE Technologies is building a highly skilled team that thrives in the design, development, test and manufacturing of intelligent, autonomous vehicles. The candidate will work in a vehicle development and manufacturing environment where projects are realized with the highest degree of commitment to quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who has direct, hands-on experience testing avionics products. The candidate must have solid technical abilities, able to quickly analyze technical difficulties, isolate problems to the component level, and promptly resolve the problem as necessary.

Requirements

  • Must have a strong background with electrical systems theory of operation, ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and written instructions.
  • Must have the ability to assemble, modify, test, and other electrical components.
  • Reviewed schematics, Bills of Material, and PWB layouts.
  • Ability to use test equipment such as multi-meters and aircraft systems specific related test equipment.
  • Exemplary communication skills.
  • Works independently with little to no supervision.
  • Able to perform assigned duties while wearing required PPE safety equipment.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 4-6 years’ relative work experience.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • A & P License preferred.
  • Experience in theoretical and practical experience with robotic technologies.
  • Able to clearly document maintenance and repair actions, equipment status tags, logs, parts requests, etc.
  • Experience with RC flying and modeling preferred but not required.
  • US Person is required. No Security Clearance is required, but it is highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Execute test plans/procedures, collect test data, and report the results.
  • Solve manufacturability/product assembly issues by modularizing product.
  • Develop and perform acceptance testing of electronic assemblies, from board level to upper assembly box level.
  • Follow specific tool control, FOD control, and safety guidelines and policies.
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervision and management for the benefit of the company, program, or employee(s).
