Summary: The ATM Operations Specialist role is responsible for supporting the ATM fleet in the following capacities: reconcilement of ATM cash and ATM deposits, ATM monitoring, support for banking centers and ATM related vendors, including phone support and assistance with ATM training, as needed. We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined individual who excels in a team environment, who takes ownership and who is enthusiastic about a job well done.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and at least 4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years customer service experience
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Vista ATM software (Diebold) preferred
  • Windows 10 experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred 2-4 years of retail banking and ATM experience including balancing and fault corrections

Responsibilities

  • Currency ordering for Loomis serviced ATMs
  • Reconcilement of Loomis serviced ATM deposits and dispenser (cash and deposits)
  • Research and process ATM missing deposits and claims of shortage according to SLAs
  • Reconcilement of Loomis audits with Hogan/Mainframe
  • Provide phone support for banking centers and vendors
  • Fosters a positive working environment
  • Provides guidance and support to internal business partners and vendors in order to meet the needs of our external clients.
  • Continually searches for ways to improve customer service and remove barriers
  • Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
