This position involves assisting with the setup, operation, and cleanup of athletics camps. The staff member will be responsible for preparing facilities and equipment, supervising campers to ensure a safe and positive environment, and supporting coaches and camp directors with instruction and daily operations. Key duties include monitoring camper behavior, maintaining attendance records, responding to incidents, and serving as a positive role model. Administrative and operational tasks may also be assigned.
