About The Position
The Athletics Department is accepting applications for a Part-Time Hospitality Supervisor. The qualified candidate selected for this position will assist in providing a welcoming and inviting environment for donors, coaches, and special guests in the hospitality area during game days. This role involves managing food and beverage services, ensuring the space remains clean and well-presented throughout events.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Available on nights and weekends
- Minimum of 2 years experience with customer service or event staffing
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience within college athletics
Responsibilities
- Pick-up and deliver pre-ordered food for game days to the Hospitality Area.
- Set-up and clean-up hospitality space.
- Provide a welcoming and inviting environment for donors, coaches, and special guests.
- Monitor food and drinks to replenish and clean-up as the event progresses.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-presented environment.
