Extra Service: Athletics Event Staff
About The Position
The University at Albany Athletic Department is seeking Faculty/Staff of the University to get involved with the Athletic Game Operations Department. We are looking for hard working, detail-oriented individuals with a pride and passion for the University at Albany to serve as Extra-Service Event Staff. Employees are responsible for a wide range of game day duties such as scoreboard operators, ticket sales, ticket taking, ushering, sales and parking attendants. You will have the opportunity to attend and be a part of the action for all ticketed sporting contests including; Football, Men's Soccer and Men's and Women's Basketball.
Requirements
- All applicants must hold an exempt position with the University at Albany, and must be paid by the State of New York.
- Those working for the Research Foundation or University Foundation are not eligible to apply for this position.
- Students are not eligible for extra service.
- Applicant must address in their application their ability to work with a culturally diverse population.
