The Athletics Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of athletic programs, events, and communications while supporting student-athletes, coaches, families, and administrators. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Athletics Director by assisting with scheduling, communication, student eligibility monitoring, event preparation, record keeping, and other operational duties. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position may also support school administration, as needed, throughout the year.
