Athletic Trainer - Community Sports Institute (Full Time)
About The Position
The Terrebonne General Health System Community Sports Institute was created to impact future generations by promoting healthcare education and disease prevention, along with athletic injury prevention and post-care. The Community Sports Institute and our athletic trainers have been recognized by the Louisiana Athletic Trainers’ Association and the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce for volunteer contributions and services to the Terrebonne Parish community. The position is responsible for outreach athletic training services to a local high school in Terrebonne Parish along with event coverage. Additionally, there are opportunities to develop new initiatives within our program through research and data collection.
Requirements
- Certified Athletic Trainer (NATA BOC and LSBME) required.
