About The Position
ATI is hiring an Athletic Trainer to support athletes at Morris High School in Morris, Illinois. This full-time position follows a 10-month schedule. New graduates are welcome, and the role offers a competitive salary and a supportive environment focused on clinician development and work-life balance. The Athletic Trainer works with Athletic Directors, coaches, physicians, ATI’s Sports Medicine team, and ATI clinic teams to support affiliate athletes. The role includes preventative care, injury assessment, and evaluating return-to-sport readiness, with collaboration with ATI clinics to coordinate appropriate patient care when needed. The position also involves developing rehabilitation and injury-prevention programs with athletes and coaches. ATI offers collaborative support, PRN resources, structured mentorship, leadership training, and access to ATI Academy and BOC classes. The listed salary range is $50,000–$60,332 for the 10-month schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Athletic Training.
- State licensure.
- Basic Life Support and AED certification.
- BOC certification or eligibility to sit for the BOC exam.

Responsibilities
- Provide preventative care for affiliate athletes.
- Assess athletic injuries.
- Evaluate athletes’ readiness to return to sport.
