About The Position
Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Workstrategies Specialist/Athletic Trainer to provide on-site coverage for FedEx at the DFW Airport. In this role, the Workstrategies Specialist will deliver the full continuum of Workstrategies prevention services, supporting FedEx employees directly at the worksite. This opportunity is a full-time position with BSW rehab and your salary will be commiserate with years of licensed or BOC experience starting at $56,326.40 for 0 years of experience.
Requirements
- State of TX Licensed Athletic Trainer required
- BS Degree Required
- Minimum one year of clinical experience
- American Heart Association BLS - CPR Certification
Nice To Haves
- Industrial setting experience a plus!
- BOC certified is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver Workstrategies prevention services. Prevention services include, but are not limited to: Workstrategies OnSite program, Advanced Early Symptom Intervention, New Hire Training, Return to Work, Movement Assessments, Preventative exercise prescription, Body mechanics/behavior audits, Wellness coaching, WorkRisk Analysis, WorkTask Analysis, WorkStation Analysis, Worksite Education programs
- Prepare and complete appropriate documentation for services listed above
- Facilitate regular communication with clients for the purposes of assisting with relationship development and program review
- Assist in addressing client concerns
- Participate in continuing education and job training programs
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
