Missoula Bone & Joint is currently hiring for a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) in Missoula, MT. Missoula Bone & Joint's Sports Medicine Program works directly with Missoula's high school sports programs as well as the surrounding area high schools. Known for great patient care and supporting roles with coaches and administration, our ATC's are top notch in their industry. As an Athletic Trainer at Missoula Bone & Joint, you will have the opportunity to work directly with local area athletes, coaches, and administration. Your role will involve providing comprehensive athletic training services during practices, games, and off-season camps. Your expertise and knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of the student athletes, with the ultimate goal of getting them back to play in a timely and healthy manner. Requirements

• Valid BOC certification
• BLS certification
• Valid MT State License
• Proficiency in evaluation and triaging
• Strong documentation skills
• Knowledge and experience in medical treatment techniques, including first aid and emergency care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive athletic training services during practices, games, and off-season camps.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of student athletes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Assess injuries and determine the appropriate course of action.
• Accurately record patients' progress and treatment plans.
