About The Position
This position will serve as the Athletic Trainer for the Preparatory School Athletic Program. This position will be responsible for game-day operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's
- Previous experience in a collegiate athletic program
- Training and treatment in sports injuries experience
- Criminal background check and drug screen MUST be cleared before any candidate may begin working.
Responsibilities
- Maintains rehab and treatment times for athletic related injuries
- Coordinates pre-practice preparations (taping, treatment, etc.) for student athletics.
- Coordinates assistance of local rehabilitation specialist for major injuries.
- Oversees athletic related insurance claims and follow-ups
- Serves as a liaison with GMC nurses
- Other duties as assigned
