The Certified Athletic Trainer, Coordinator of sports performance services functions in three roles: 1. As a program director for all Athletic Trainer administered cash pay services across all Frazier outpatient locations. In this role the coordinator determines pricing, programming, equipment needs, staffing needs, and any other components related to cash pay services offered to the public in the Physical Therapy clinics. 2. As an athletic trainer in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. In this capacity, the trainer works in conjunction with the physical therapist to assist with patient care and the daily operations of a physical therapy clinic. 3. As an athletic trainer providing cash pay services to clients. In this capacity the athletic trainer delivers treatment to cash paying clients. These services include performance enhancement, recovery, and injury screening offerings. Additionally, the coordinator functions as an extension of the Manager/Director providing leadership for fiscal/budget, personnel, and operational functions as well as day to day operations of all the Athletic Trainers in Physical Therapy clinics.
