Description Are you looking for flexible, part-time work? Are you passionate about sports, athletics, and recreation in your community? Look no further.... Our Athletics team are seeking Rovers to join their team and assist with running their programs for the upcoming seasons! Employees in this position serve as a direct contact for staff, participants, and parents across multiple athletic-use facilities. A successful employee will be dedicated to providing a smooth, catered experience to Town patrons and league participants.

Requirements

You must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Facilitate registration, including providing correct information, processing forms, answering questions, and collecting fees.
Manage cash register, funds, receipts, and transactions during shifts.
Prepare and maintain records such as program rosters and summary reports in recreation software.
Monitor program supplies and notify the supervisor when replenishment or clarification is needed.
Open and close facilities.
Support public use of athletic facilities for programs and events.
Understand, follow, and enforce department policies related to athletic programming.
