About The Position

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Athletic Attendant assists members and ensures orderly and efficient operations at the fitness center.

Requirements

• Emergency OR Standard First-Aid with CPR-C (REQUIRED).
• Aptitude for customer service.
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based / located.
• English communication skills (verbal and written) at level 4 (qualifier) on a scale of 0-4.
• High School Diploma
• Minimal or No Related Experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a fitness center environment is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring member safety & supervision.
• Providing optimal member engagement and customer service.
• Administer reservations and equipment rentals.
• Ensuring proper equipment cleaning.
