About The Position

Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. Backed by world-class investors, operators, and sports & entertainment partners, we are building the global leader in next-generation collectibles. As part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, we leverage a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports properties and engages more than 81 million fans. Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators. This is a temporary position with an anticipated duration of approximately four (4) months.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in related fields (sports industry, project management)
  • Candidates should be self-confident, energetic, proactive, organized and highly detail oriented.
  • Must like a fast-paced environment, and have ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and thrive in changing circumstances.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication.
  • Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong passion and comprehensive knowledge of sports.

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between Fanatics Collectibles and agents/athletes for the coordination of signings and memorabilia procurement.
  • Manage and coordinate with Fanatics Collectibles witness representatives and team/ player contacts for autograph signings and memorabilia procurement.
  • Spearhead strategy and tactics for optimizing autograph signings throughout the product calendar year.
  • Prioritize and multitask projects and card signings based on deadlines and milestone calendar dates.
  • Maintain tracking systems to monitor athlete participation, contract fulfillment, and procurement milestones.
  • Review product checklists with Product Development for autograph requirements.
  • Oversee new onboarding portal for vendors, providing support to ensure full execution, as well as providing guidance/feedback to internal parties for ongoing improvements and efficiencies.
  • Ensure that inventory receipts are transacted accurately and all expenses are allocated to the appropriate GL accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with agents, marketing reps, teams and industry contacts.
  • Coordinate talent activations and marketing/licensing events.
