About The Position
The At Your Service Agent is responsible for welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, executing housekeeping and maintenance requests, and providing shuttle services. This role also involves anticipating and addressing guest needs, maintaining positive working relationships, and performing any other assigned job-related duties. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves significant physical activity in various environments and temperatures.
Requirements
- Be prepared to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- This position will require moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
- This position will require moving for 90% of the time sometimes in varying temperatures
Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Execute housekeeping requests like extra towels, toothpaste/brush, iron, hair dryer delivery, etc
- Execute maintenance requests like TV issues, battery replacement in a remote, assistance with HVAC
- Shuttle driver, that will include pickup/drop off of the mail, assistance with fire pits
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals
- Perform any job-related duties as assigned
