About The Position

The Catalyst Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as full-time AT&T Retail Customer & Sales Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing wireless campaign while representing one of the most recognized names in telecommunications. In this customer-facing role, you will help consumers explore wireless solutions, complete service upgrades and enrollments, and find options that best fit their needs. You will also gain valuable hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, marketing, and leadership.

• Assist with new service enrollments, account upgrades, and general billing questions
