About The Position

Catalyst Corporation is currently hiring for a full-time AT&T Customer Representative to join our growing team in the Chicago area. As an AT&T Customer Representative, you’ll work face-to-face with customers in a retail environment, helping them explore wireless products, upgrades, and service solutions that best fit their needs. Responsibilities

  • Represent AT&T wireless products and services in a professional retail setting
  • Assist customers with wireless plans, device upgrades, new enrollments, and account support
  • Deliver personalized customer experiences by understanding individual needs and recommending solutions
  • Answer questions related to products, services, billing, and promotions
  • Work toward individual and team performance goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
