The primary responsibility of the At-Risk School Counselor is assisting campus school counselors and administrators with identification, prevention, intervention and management of at-risk students as identified by the state-defined criteria. The At-Risk School Counselor must act with integrity, support organizational goals, demonstrate the ability to inspire, grow and motivate others, utilize feedback, drive for results and commit to championing the needs of the students, employees and overall District.
