About The Position

Eide Bailly is seeking Assurance/Tax Combination interns for their Phoenix, AZ office for the Summer 2027 season. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) in-person internship. Requirements

Working toward a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
On track to sit for your CPA license.
Authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
Inquisitive and enjoy learning about various client business processes.
Enjoy traveling to different locations to help clients (10-40% travel may be required in audit intern the role).
Like the challenge of working on audit engagements and helping clients succeed.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Interest in a variety of industries.
Hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Participate in client engagement meetings.
Travel to client sites with the team (10-40% travel required).
Prepare accounting-related reports for clients in a variety of industries.
Complete individual and business tax returns at varying difficulty levels in many industries.
Analyze tax situations to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
