Assurance Manager or Director - Manufacturing
About The Position
CLA is a top 10 national professional services firm dedicated to creating opportunities for clients, employees, and communities through a range of services including wealth advisory, digital, audit, tax, consulting, and outsourcing. CLA is seeking an Assurance Director/Manager to join its growing Manufacturing practice. This role involves managing client relationships, assisting clients with funding and audit/financial planning objectives, leading staff development and mentoring, and overseeing client engagement teams. The position requires monitoring engagement progress, time budgets, and deadlines, and communicating developments to the engagement principal.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits.
- CPA license certification is required.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with clients.
