About The Position
The YMCA of Middle TN is looking for a Swim Team Assistant Coach to join their team and support swimmers in their journey to success. In this role, you will assist the Swim Team Coach with practices, provide feedback to participants, ensure safety at all times, and help with swim meet preparation. This is a part-time position.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Proficiency in all four competitive strokes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
