About The Position

Join American Residential Services (ARS), the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services, with more than 7,000 team members and over 45 years of experience delivering trusted home comfort solutions. This role supports the Sales Manager in achieving monthly HVAC sales targets, motivating and coaching Comfort Advisors, leading sales meetings, and overseeing retail lead generation efforts. The position requires tracking sales metrics, reporting performance, and maintaining consistent sales processes and training within the team. Weekend sales operations support may be required.

Requirements

2+ years of in-home sales leadership experience (HVAC industry strongly preferred)
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus)
Comfort with basic math and system sizing calculations
Strong communication and coaching ability
Goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping sales teams succeed

Responsibilities

Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly HVAC sales targets
Motivate, coach, and guide Comfort Advisors to improve close rates and performance
Lead sales meetings and provide field coaching as needed
Assist with weekend sales operations when required (Saturday/Sunday)
Support and oversee retail lead generation efforts and travel to partner store locations as needed
Track and analyze key sales metrics and report performance to retail partners and leadership
Help maintain consistent sales processes, training, and accountability within the team
