The School of Management at the Muma College of Business, University of South Florida, invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor of Instruction in Entrepreneurship based on its Tampa campus. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship/Strategy from an accredited University or a terminal degree in a related field prior to the start date. Significant professional work experience in entrepreneurship, specifically sustainable entrepreneurship, creativity & design, scaling new ventures and student consulting for new ventures is preferred. The successful candidate will be able to teach courses in Creativity & Design, Scaling high growth ventures, student consulting for new ventures, sustainable entrepreneurship and possibly other courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, both in-person and online. The teaching assignment is 12 credit hours (4 courses) each fall and spring semester totaling 8 courses per year. In addition, candidates should demonstrate a willingness and ability to maintain AACSB certification. This is a full-time, 9-month position. Compensation for summer courses, when scheduled, is in addition to the base salary.
