About The Position
This role requires an expert in Paint Technology and Paint shop Equipment, including conveyors, pumps, blowers, burners, and painting robots. The ideal candidate will stay abreast of constantly advancing technology and possess a deep understanding of paint processes, materials, and defects, with strong troubleshooting capabilities. A practitioner of TPM, Quality tools, and systems, the candidate should be able to implement industry best practices. This position involves correlating manufacturing processes across various plant departments (Assy, Body, Paint) and with suppliers to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost reduction in the Paint Shop.

- Ability to implement of Best practices in Industry.
- Correlation of manufacturing processes in Plant (Assy, Body, Paint etc) and suppliers with Paint Shop and processes to maximize efficiency, quality and reduce costs.
