About The Position

The Assistant Manager Sales and Marketing Operations ensures a smooth flow of operations at the Front Desk, Kitchen and Marketing Reservations Departments by providing mentorship on procedures, updates on qualification guidelines, exhibiting a professional, friendly and courteous demeanor in all dealings with guests, management and other staff members at the Preview Center

Requirements

  • Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 1-2 yrs leadership experience
  • 2 years customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast past, high pressure environment
  • High School/GED
  • 2+ years Supervisory Experience

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, Hire, and Train Team Members on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop, streamline the purchasing process for all sales center operations.
  • Determine opportunities to decrease operational expenses with costs.
  • Provide monthly departmental meetings to drive team culture and communication.
  • Implement an employee recognition program to drive the partnership.
  • Lead all aspects of the Kitchen Team and ensure all team members are delivering on their roles within the department.
  • Implement performance management as necessary to ensure all team members are held to department standards.
  • Lead Front Desk, assist with Kitchen and Marketing Reservations Team Members, conducting all performance-related situations, including annual performance reviews.
  • Work with management to identify research and tackle problems relating to guests, transportation, staff schedules, gifting, and tour modifications.
  • Verify all computer input and reporting at the end of shift.
  • Ensures reports are processed timely and accurately, including NQ's, gifting chargebacks, and logs.
  • Assists with processing all month-end clean-up sales reports to drive accurate business performance.
  • Assist with tour allotments for Direct Marketing, HPC and In House to ensure departments are meeting budgeted tour targets, collaborating with Call Center.
  • Interview guests to coordinate a Marketing survey to settle if the Guest is a qualified tour and assist with guest issues as needed.
  • Supervise attendance of the Front Desk, Kitchen, and Marketing Reservations Team Members for S&M Operations Manager.
  • Supervise guest check-ins and counselor assignments to ensure accuracy, following all line rules.
