About The Position

This role involves monitoring Body Shop production activity, studying quality trends (Nova C, Nova B, Global Demerit), and implementing Kaizens and productivity improvement projects. The position is responsible for corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints, conducting safety audits and rounds, and utilizing problem-solving techniques like 7 QC tools, DOE, and QC story methodology. Additionally, the role ensures the smooth production of new products while adhering to applicable quality standards.

• Monitoring of Body Shop production activity.
