Asst. Chief Engineer
About The Position
Under the supervision of the Chief Engineer, this role directs the activities of engineering staff and associated service contractors. The position is responsible for the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and related fixed and portable equipment, as well as minor construction and equipment installation. The role is also responsible for supporting the implementation and documentation of site safety plans and all Able Engineering Services’ operational standards and guidelines, as well as site-specific standards, policies, and procedures relating to the engineering department.

Responsibilities

- Provides maintenance of the buildings, grounds, and related fixed and portable equipment.
- Oversees minor construction and equipment installation.
- Supports the implementation and documentation of site safety plans.
- Ensures adherence to Able Engineering Services’ operational standards and guidelines.
- Ensures adherence to site-specific standards, policies, and procedures relating to the engineering department.
