About The Position
The purpose of an Assistant Chief Engineer within El Camino Hospital is to coordinate the activities of Facilities Engineering Teams and of contractors who operate and maintain the building systems and equipment that exist in the healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a four year apprenticeship in facilities engineering, or a minimum of six years equivalent experience performing the duties of a stationary engineer in a complex facility or environment.
- An ability to schedule, coordinate and organize the work of others.
Nice To Haves
- Two years supervisory experience preferred.
