About The Position
Sells and promotes PCC products to guests visiting the various retail sales locations while maintaining a clean attractive work area. Achieves sales goals on a consistent basis. Applies quality customer service concepts and practices when processing, exchanging or upgrading guests’ purchases. Interacts with guests by answering questions and addressing concerns.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the various activities and services provided at the Polynesian Cultural Center
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good health and be capable of a full range of body movement
- Capable of lifting 25-50lbs on a regular basis
- Fluent in the English language in both written and oral communication
- Know how to use a personal computer
Nice To Haves
- Fluency in a foreign language is highly desirable but not required
- Previous sales experience highly desirable
- Preference will be given to students who can work during academic breaks
- Must exemplify the university Honor Code, including the Dress and Grooming Principles and Expectations
