About The Position

Associates work alongside department leaders and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day business operations, fan engagement initiatives, event execution, and strategic projects across Foley Entertainment Group properties. Participants gain exposure to multiple areas of the organization while developing professional skills in a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment. Department placements are determined based on organizational priorities, candidate experience, and career interests. Our sports associate’s program is designed to connect passionate, driven students with real-world experience in professional sports. We look for individuals who share our enthusiasm for the game and our mission to inspire and connect people everywhere through hockey. Internships are open to both undergraduate and graduate students. Selected candidates will work alongside industry professionals, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of departments and business functions.

Requirements

  • Must be a rising college senior or current/recent graduate student at the time of entering the program.
  • Must be committed and available to work for the entire length of the one-year program.
  • Must have access to personal housing and transportation to and from the assigned associate program site.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, particularly during games and live events
  • Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 pounds)
  • Ability to navigate stairs, ramps, and large arena environments during events
  • Manual dexterity for typing, filing, and operating office and event-related equipment
  • Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, signage, and event materials
  • Hearing ability to participate in meetings, telephone conversations, and communicate effectively in a loud arena environment
  • Ability to work in varying environments, including office settings, event spaces, and arena seating areas
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required by business needs
